Hi I have just bought an 1993 BMW 325i car, I live in Bahrain and the summers are quite harsh here. I want to get my cars serviced once for satisfaction. I would like to know after how many kilometers I should get the car serviced. Also what are the things I should consider the most for service. I have noticed some black liquid on the top of engine where there is a cap, what about that. Can I put mineral water instead of coolant if in emergency or no. Kindly help me with all that. I have a 1988 BMW 325is and my antenna recently, and finally broke. I have a replacement antenna, but I cant get to the back of the stereo to pull out the old antenna cable and put in the new one. can anyone tell me how to get the stereo out, or the dash apart enough to get to the antenna cables in the back? I have a 1999 BMW 328i sedan with automatic climate control. If I turn on only the fan, it makes absolutely no noise and drives perfectly. As soon as I turn on the AC, there is a loud rattle coming from the back center of the engine. It does this upon accelerating and deceleration. If the car is sitting still with the AC on, it makes no rattle. It only rattles at a certain RPM range. (more…)
